Indiana Local Terms of Service - Business
These terms and conditions describe certain local telecommunications services provided by United Telephone Company of Indiana, Inc., CenturyTel of Odon, Inc., or CenturyTel of Central Indiana, Inc., that were previously regulated by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and covered by Tariffs. For an interim period until all work is completed to update systems and platforms related to the combination of EMBARQ and CenturyTel, references to the EMBARQ and CenturyTel names will continue to be used in association with these services.
