Public Safety Services provided by former EMBARQ operating companies are governed by general provisions of those companies’ applicable Tariffs (posted to www.embarq.com/ratesandconditions) and the following service-specific terms and conditions in the listed states, except in Nevada, Indiana, and Ohio where the services are governed by the applicable Local Terms of Service, also posted to www.embarq.com/ratesandconditions. The terms and conditions listed below are for public safety services provided by former EMBARQ operating companies..
