These terms and conditions describe certain feature packages and service bundles provided by United Telephone Company of the Carolinas, LLC that were previously regulated by the Public Service Commission of South Carolina. For an interim period until all work is completed to update systems and platforms related to the combination of EMBARQ and CenturyTel, references to the EMBARQ name will continue to be used in association with these services.
