Washington Local Terms of Service - Business
Consistent with Washington law (RCW Section 80.36.333) and Washington Public Service Commission Order 01 in docket UT-071575, all feature packages and service bundles have been removed from the former EMBARQ General Exchange Tariff (WN-3). Effective April 2008, these services are governed by the terms and conditions below. For an interim period until all work is completed to update systems and platforms related to the combination of EMBARQ and CenturyTel, references to the EMBARQ name will continue to be used in association with these services.
