Washington Local Terms of Service - Consumer

Consistent with Washington law (RCW Section 80.36.333) and Washington Public Service Commission Order 01 in docket UT-071575, all feature packages and service bundles have been removed from the EMBARQ General Exchange Tariff (WN-3).  Effective April 2008, these services will be governed by the terms and conditions below.
