Tariffs and Schedules
The tariffs on this website are electronic representations of the tariffs that are on file with the state
commissions. Users of electronic tariffs should note, however, that such tariffs are not the official documents and
users assume responsibility for reliance upon tariffs in electronic format. The CenturyLink Regulatory Operations
department maintains this site and tariffs are updated at least weekly.
Pending tariffs are updated with the same frequency for those state commissions that require utilities to post them. These states are: CA, MD, PA and TN.
NC promotional offerings that are eligible for resale are posted one day prior to the effective date, in compliance with NC Statute § 62-133.5, which requires carriers to provide a means for interested parties to receive notice of each such offering at least one day in advance.
